for memberships, events, publications, advertisements, sponsorships,
and related services.
By making a payment on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Membership Fees
- Membership fees paid to AIDA are non-refundable once the membership application is processed and approved.
- Membership benefits commence immediately upon confirmation; therefore, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are not permitted.
- If a membership application is rejected at AIDA’s sole discretion, the membership fee may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges, if any.
2. Event Registrations and Conference Fees
- Event, conference, seminar, exhibition, or workshop registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific event terms.
- If an event is postponed, the registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- If an event is cancelled by AIDA, registered participants will be eligible for either:
- Full refund, or
- Adjustment / credit towards a future AIDA event, as decided by AIDA.
3. Publications, Newsletters, and Digital Content
- Payments made for newsletters, magazines, reports, publications, or digital downloads are non-refundable once access is provided or the product is dispatched.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscriptions or downloaded content.
4. Sponsorships and Advertisements
- All payments made towards sponsorships, advertisements, promotional listings, or branding opportunities are strictly non-refundable.
- Once an advertisement or sponsorship slot is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or substitutions will be entertained.
- Any changes to advertisement content must be communicated within the stipulated deadlines provided by AIDA.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
- In case of duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in excess charges, users may request a refund with valid payment proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed after verification and may take 7–14 working days, depending on banking and payment gateways.
6. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
- AIDA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
7. Taxes and Processing Charges
- Applicable taxes, transaction fees, gateway charges, or administrative costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds, if approved, will be made on the net amount received by AIDA.
